Yes. The Red Hen Homestead is a whole-property rental — your group has the entire one-hectare farmstead exclusively for the duration of your stay. No other guests share the property, the pool, the farm, or any of the facilities.

Up to 12–16 guests, across 4 bedrooms with a total of 5 bathrooms (4 indoor + 1 open-air outdoor bath). The layout accommodates couples, families, barkadas, and multi-generational groups comfortably.

Yes. Feeding the free-range chickens, ducks, and geese, collecting eggs from the coop, and exploring the permaculture vegetable garden are all part of the homestead experience — included with your stay at no additional cost.

The hike takes approximately 15 minutes and involves a moderate incline. It is manageable for most guests, including older family members. A separate sunset viewpoint is available for those who prefer a more leisurely, flat walk — offering its own beautiful views of the surrounding landscape.

Yes — the on-site massage hut offers head, back, neck, foot, hand, and full-body massages. Please arrange in advance with the caretakers or prior to your arrival so they can prepare accordingly.

The homestead is at Sitio Makaisa, Talumpok Silangan, Batangas City — approximately 12 km from the Batangas City centre and 2 hours from Metro Manila. As the road near the venue is bumpy and narrow, follow the GPS pin closely. The caretakers can assist with directions upon request.
